Product Details

The FTS-G Flare Comprehensive Tester is an automated optical test system specifically developed for quantitative evaluation of camera module flare performance.

Utilizing a high-precision collimated light source to simulate sunlight and combining it with an IEEE SA P2020 Flare Setting B compliant analysis algorithm, the system performs full-frame flare attenuation calculations on RAW images to deliver objective and repeatable flare measurements.

The system integrates an automated rotation mechanism, a 7-axis motion platform, an image acquisition system, and professional analysis software to complete camera alignment, image acquisition, data processing, and report generation automatically. It is widely used in the R&D and production validation of ADAS cameras, CMS systems, autonomous driving sensors, and other automotive imaging applications.
